Deposits and Withdrawal Conditions

Bonuses and Promotion Conditions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. That means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus amount.
For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. To withdraw the full ৳5,000 bonus, you will need to place bets totalling ৳100,000 (5,000 × 20).
4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specific time limit
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly, only after the wagering requirement has been met
- If bonus conditions are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled

The 33zz VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement depends on regular activity and active participation on the platform. 33zz reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse, such as claiming the same bonus multiple times, using strategic betting patterns to meet bonus conditions, or attempting to exploit the system, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled immediately and the account may be permanently closed.
Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on 33zz are operated through certified software providers (including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) and fair play is ensured. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG), which is not predetermined by any party.
